1. Ordering and Delivery
How to order
Orders are made via the website, but in some cases, sales occur through other channels, such as markets or fairs.
The stock balance on the website is updated automatically, and in cases where many people are shopping simultaneously, it may happen that an item sells out while you are shopping. This means that you may have added an item to your cart that suddenly becomes unavailable. Currently, we only ship to countries within the EU.
1.2 Delivery methods:
1.2.1 PostNord Trackable Parcel to Mailbox
f you choose the delivery method ‘PostNord Trackable Parcel to Mailbox,’ your delivery will be sent to your mailbox or door. Previously, packages were sent to a collection point if they didn’t fit in the mailbox. Nowadays, the standard practice is to deliver to the mailbox or door, with few exceptions. This means that your package may be exposed and accessible to anyone who has access to your property. When the mail carrier delivers the package, it is photographed at the location where it was left. In rare cases, your parcel may end up at a collection point, but this is beyond our control for this delivery service. Normally, it takes 1-3 days from when we ship your package until it arrives. However, please be prepared for your package to be available for pickup for up to a week, as delays sometimes occur.
1.2.1.1 Theft of Parcels
Unfortunately, there have been instances of stolen packages, and we urge you to choose this delivery method carefully. While it’s natural to trust those in your vicinity, if you know that many people frequent your area and have access to your property, you should consider choosing another delivery method to a collection point. The recipient must file a police report for compensation to be issued in cases of theft.

1.2.1.2 Beware of Sub-Zero Temperatures
We ask you to be mindful of the lowest temperature in your area and choose your delivery method accordingly.
If you choose this delivery method, your package will be exposed to outdoor temperatures. By selecting one of the more expensive alternatives to a collection point, the risk of exposure to freezing temperatures during transit is significantly reduced.
We generally do not compensate for parcels damaged due to frost, as it is the customer’s responsibility to choose an appropriate delivery method.
1.2.2 DHL Trackable to Collection Point
If you choose the delivery method ‘DHL Trackable to Collection Point,’ your package will be sent to a collection point. You can choose the location during checkout. If you do not select one, the system will assign a collection point based on your postal code. Collection requires valid ID or verification via BankID through the ‘Mina Paket’ app. Normally, it takes 1-3 days from when we ship your package until it arrives. However, be prepared for your package to be available for up to a week as delays can sometimes occur.

1.3 Check that your address information is correct
We do not compensate for shipments that are misdelivered due to incorrect address information provided by you.
1.4 Delivery at a later time
When placing your order, you must be available to receive it. We generally do not accept orders where you request a delayed shipment. We may cancel such orders without notice.
Normally, our delivery times are short, a few days within Sweden. However, sometimes packages are delayed, so be prepared to pick up your package within a week after it is shipped. The current shipping week is indicated on our website at the time of purchase.
1.5 Queue/Watch products
Due to misunderstandings about how this worked in practice and the overload on our order system, we have removed this feature, which previously sent emails as soon as a product you were waiting for was back in stock. Instead, we will send out a newsletter where we will announce, if time permits, which items will be back in stock. As usual, it’s first-come, first-served. We believe this is the best solution for everyone involved. Our product catalog on Facebook has a built-in feature to monitor products, but it may take a few hours for the stock status to sync with our inventory system, so keep that in mind.
1.6 Reservation and Pre-booking
We do not accept reservations/pre-bookings.
1.7 Combined shipping of multiple orders
If we notice, or if you point it out, we will attempt to pack multiple orders into the same shipment. However, this involves extra work for us, and we generally do not refund any extra shipping fees you may have paid.
2. Our Cuttings
2.1 Size of the Cutting
The plants we sell are cuttings, which means that we harvest shoots from our mother plants that, under favorable conditions, develop their own roots and form a viable plant. The size and branching of the cuttings at the time of purchase can vary depending on the age and variety of the plant. However, we always ensure that the cutting has developed enough roots to withstand transport and have a good chance of continuing to grow successfully in your care. 2.2 Live Plants
Cuttings that are ready for delivery are always well-rooted, which is essential for successful transport. We take great care in packaging your cuttings thoroughly. Whenever possible, we allow the root ball to dry out slightly before packing to minimize the risk of damage.
3. Plant Passport
3.1 Plant Passport
Law on Traceability in the Movement of Plants and Plant Materials.
As of December 14, 2019, the requirements for traceability in the movement of plants and plant materials have been tightened.
All entities engaged in e-commerce with plant materials are required to have completed training and to hold a permit to issue plant passports.
The plant passport must be clearly visible and include, among other things, a valid registration number issued by the Swedish Board of Agriculture, the plant species, and the country of origin. Annual inspections are conducted to ensure compliance with these requirements.
Dagnys Plantskola complies with these requirements and is authorized to issue plant passports. Our registration number is SE-D10263.

4. Guarantee & Right of Withdrawal
4.1 Transport Guarantee
f the package is damaged, this must be reported immediately upon pickup.

4.2 Quality Guarantee
If the plants do not meet your expectations, you should contact us via email no later than two days after your delivery.
If the plant is damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will agree on how to resolve the issue together.
4.3 Return
Always contact us before returning any goods.
4.4 Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery. If you utilize the right of withdrawal, any payments already made will be refunded, but return shipping will not be reimbursed. Always inform us before returning and ensure that the items are well packaged.
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, please pick up the package and contact us. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it via email.
Unclaimed packages will not be refunded and will incur additional charges for return shipping.
Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to live plants that cannot withstand repeated handling.
4.5 Establishment Guarantee
The cultivation advice included with the delivery or found on our website must be followed.
Any complaints must be made within two weeks of the purchase.
4.6 Sport (Spontaneous Mutation)
We do not compensate for plants that have sported. Although it is uncommon, it can happen that a cutting partially or completely develops a different appearance than the mother plant. This may involve changes in leaf color, flower color, or growth habit.
5. Prices & Payment
5.1 Prices
VAT is included in all prices. Shipping and packaging costs are additional.

The shipping cost and packaging fee are 19 SEK / 89 SEK, or free for orders over 1,000 SEK.
5.3 Payment
When completing your purchase, you can choose to pay via Swish or with a credit card (Stripe). We will ship your order only after we have received the full order value. You will receive a confirmation email from us once we have received your payment. Orders that are not paid in full will be canceled after 24 hours. We also reserve the right to cancel orders within this period if we believe our payment policy has been abused or in discussion with the customer.
6. Privacy and Security

Under no circumstances do we disclose any personal information to third parties.
This also applies to the email addresses you provide to us. Our website uses SSL certificates, which means that the traffic between you and our website is encrypted. Your information entered in our forms is therefore sent to us securely.
